NOTICE: This is just what to EXPECT things may vary from commission to commission.Be sure to read my full TOS below for more details is below this section.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 1/30/26By ordering Product from me the Customer (you) automatically agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. All payment is required upfront, and commission will not begin until payment is sent over in full.
1a. However in some cases payments may be taken in parts and a sketch can be requested to be started on the first payment that is non-refundable; Otherwise the commission will not start until full payment is sent.
2. Payment must be sent via Paypal or Cashapp; preferably done via my VGen.
3. All payments/prices are listed in USD.
4. Payment (if using Paypal) should always be sent in “Goods and Services” and NOT in “Friends and Family” I will never request you to pay me in friends and family.REVISIONS
5. During the sketch phase you are allowed three (3) revisions before I may request additional payment.
6. If you were not supplied a sketch and just the final product you are allowed two (2) revisions on the piece where you must list EVERYTHING that needs changed. I will fix anything you want but it must be communicated.
7. If you were supplied a sketch, gave revisions (that were fixed) you may not request revisions once the piece is finished. Please be 100% sure that the revisions you requested are accurate and you don’t miss anything.
7b. This doesn’t apply however to things I may have messed up such as: the color of something being wrong, missing markings, and really anything that can be easily fixed without having to modify the lineart/shading.
8. If you request revisions outside of these windows additional charges may be requested unless I am at fault/misunderstood a previous revision request.REFUND POLICY
9. You may request a refund if you have received no work before 2 months of waiting, I do not permit refunds before this point due to being disabled.
10. You may not request a refund for the following reasons: Changing your mind (after payment/queue status is set), Before two months has passed, After a commission is completed, or for any reason that seems unfair.
11. I will never supply a refund of a commission that is completed, unless it looks nothing like previous work(s) of mine.
11b. Being dissatisfied with your commission is on YOU to help me correct via asking for revisions. I will never supply you a commission I do not believe reflects my best work.
12. You are obligated to a refund if I fail to deliver or if I am taking too long to complete/start on your work, it just must be a reasonable request.
13. You are not obligated to a refund if you did not read my TOS, as I have everything laid out thoroughly.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
14. You may use the image(s)/content provided for any personal thing you see fit. Icons, Banners, Stream Assets, Physical Product (stickers, posters, ect ect) and more.
15. You may not use work commissioned by yourself from me in NFTs or use it to train AI. If you do this you will be publicly blacklisted below.
16. You may use my artwork to print physical goods so long as you aren’t doing it for monetary benefit. You may not profit monetarily off of my work.
17. If you are making social media posts with my artwork, please credit me as the artist.
17b. While nice, you do not have to credit me on your pfps (icons) or banners, though it is a nice and very appreciated gesture if you choose to do so.CANCELLATIONS
18. I can (and will) refuse cancellations at their own discretion. Please keep this in mind when commissioning.
19. Cancellations are not allowed if you commission a couple's piece and you and the other person broke up or are having relationship issues.
20. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
21. I am within' my right to refuse to accept your commission or refund/cancel a commission for any reason whatsoever.My TOS does NOT hold up if I am not doing my job, while I prohibit Charge Backs and not following my TOS, my TOS is null and void if I am not supplying work/doing my job. You are obligated to a refund if I am not following my typical procedures This however DOES NOT give you the right to false claim that I am not doing my job.

My Commission queue is linked on all my pages, for transparency/easy access if you are here, my Commission queue can be located on my Trello here! You will be listed under your username/the username you had when commissioning me. If you are NOT there and you are a commissioner shoot me a DM asap so I can fix that.How can I check my arts status/progress?
Generally my commission queue will help you see where I am at currently; but if you are confused at all, check the “Updates” Tab on my Trello! It is frequently updated with goals/status of myself and it will usually answer any questions you have (all updates are timestamped as-well, so you know exactly when I said what). And if you still feel you want more, message me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.Can I have a private commission (not listed on the queue)?
Yes! Regardless if it’s a gift or just something you aren’t comfortable being public about you are always free to ask me to keep it private. I will have a card on my queue for you, just so you can keep up to date with it but instead of having your name, and a visible sketch WIP it will have the species of your character and use the checklists instead (so you can still see where your commission is at)!Do you take NSFW commissions?
Yes I do! I take NSFW commissions at the same cost as my SFW commissions currently. While I am up for most things on that, it is important to note: I will not draw “knots” or animal genitalia. I will however draw fantasy/made up genitals (as long as they do not have a knot) and human genitals on furries. I suggest reading up on my NSFW accounts “wills and wonts” here to get more information on this.Do you ever supply PSD/CSP files of your commissions?
Generally, no. You can request this but depending on the commission will depend how much I charge for this.
- Additionally, if you are wondering “why would you charge for this” it’s because giving the file format of my work is a lot more invasive than giving a completed commission (png) ever would be. Because even if it is your commission nothing is stopping you from supplying the PSD to others and spreading it without my consent.Do you draw (insert species here)?
YES! I draw EVERY species (yes that means any and all, including humanoids). I will likely give a disclaimer if I am not sure how a character would turn out or (sometimes) supply a quick sketch I will make of said species to give you a preview of how it may turn out. But I am always up for trying new things and challenging myself (and will fully communicate if I am unsure how well it would result!
